Papaya Milk Jelly

Ingredients:
  • 1 papaya
  • 250ml coconut milk
  • 100 ml milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp Veg Gelatine
  • Water for mixing Gelatine
Method:
  1. Peel and papaya and remove the seeds.
  2. Heat 250 ml coconut milk.
  3. Add 100 ml milk.
  4. Add 2 tbsp sugar.
  5. Mix 1 tsp Meron Veg Gelatine with a little water.
  6. Add this to the milk. stir well until the agar dissolves completely and wait till it boils.
  7. Let it cool down a little.
  8. Add into papaya.
  9. Refrigerate it until it sets.
  10. Cut into pieces.
  11. Ready to serve.
