- 1 papaya
- 250ml coconut milk
- 100 ml milk
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp Veg Gelatine
- Water for mixing Gelatine
- Peel and papaya and remove the seeds.
- Heat 250 ml coconut milk.
- Add 100 ml milk.
- Add 2 tbsp sugar.
- Mix 1 tsp Meron Veg Gelatine with a little water.
- Add this to the milk. stir well until the agar dissolves completely and wait till it boils.
- Let it cool down a little.
- Add into papaya.
- Refrigerate it until it sets.
- Cut into pieces.
- Ready to serve.
