Ingredients
- Milk - 500ml each
- Sugar - ¼ cup each
- White/milk/dark - ½ cup each
- Meron Agar Agar - 1 tsp each
Preparation
- Into a saucepan; add in the sugar to the milk. Bring it to a simmer and mix until dissolved.
- To this, add in the Meron Agar Agar and stir until fully dissolved.
- The chocolate goes into this mixture and stir until very well combined.
- Transfer into a bread mould and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Make the second and third layer following the same method but by substituting milk and dark chocolate respectively instead of white chocolate.
