1. How can I place an order on MeronKart?

You can order on Meronkart by simply browsing the products you want, adding your favourites to the cart, and proceeding to checkout.


2. What payment methods do you accept?

MeronKart accepts all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets. You may choose the payment method that is most convenient for you.


3. Is it safe to make payments on MeronKart?

Absolutely. All the transactions are encrypted and processed through secure payment gateways.


4. How long will it take to receive my order?

The estimated delivery time is determined by your location and the shipping method selected during checkout. This information is available both on the product page and in your order confirmation email.


5. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with the tracking link and courier details. You can use either the order ID or the AWB number to track your order on our website or through the designated shipping carrier.


6. Do you deliver across India?

Yes, MeronKart delivers pan-India, including all metro and major Tier 1/Tier 2 cities.


7. Are there any delivery charges? 

A minimal shipping charge will apply to all orders. MeronKart offers free delivery on orders above ₹499. Also, you can get 10% off on premix combos.


8. What should I do if my parcel is damaged upon delivery?

If you receive a damaged parcel, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Ensure that you do not use the item for which the claim is being made, and provide photos of the damaged packaging. Claims may not be considered if adequate information is not provided or if the packaging is discarded before 3 to 4 days after delivery.


9. How do I initiate a return?

To initiate a return, please get in touch with our customer support team at sales@meron.com within the specified timeframe. Our team will walk you through the process and, if applicable, provide a free shipping label.


10. Are your products suitable for bulk or hospitality and restaurant (HoReCa) purchases?

Yes! We have special discounts and rates for hotels, restaurants, cafes, and event caterers. Please contact us if you are interested in bulk orders or B2B partnerships.
