No-Bake Blueberry Cheesecake Recipe

We tested out a no-bake blueberry cheesecake recipe—it came out really well. We created this blog to show you guys how you can also create your own blueberry cheesecake at home without the hassle and fuss of baking gone wrong.

This recipe for no-bake blueberry cheesecake consists of very few ingredients. Using these ingredients in the proper measurements can help your cheesecake pack a punch—trust us, your cheesecake will have you dizzy with joy and satisfaction.

And now…without further ado, let’s take a look at what you need to make your no-bake blueberry cheesecake.

 




Ingredients

The Crust
  • Marie Biscuits - 50g
  • Melted Butter - 25mL
The Cheesecake
  1.  Amul Low Fat Cream - 100mL
  2. Cream Cheese - 100g
  3. Water - 50mL
  4. Meron Kart spreadable Agar
  5.  Agar wonder gel- 6-8g
  6. Icing Sugar - 50g
  7. Vanilla
The Blueberry Topping
  1. Blueberries - 100g
  2. Water - 3 tablespoons
  3. Sugar - 2 tablespoons

 

Recipe Instructions

 The Crust

  • Grind up the Marie Biscuits until they become a fine powder
  • Add in the melted Butter and blend with the biscuit powder until they are combined
  • Take your preferred cooking vessel and transfer the mix into it
  • Use a spoon or spatula to spread the mixture evenly throughout the vessel
  • Press the mixture into the vessel to create a firm and sturdy crust base
  • Refrigerate the crust for 30 minutes

 

The Cheesecake

  • Take a vessel and heat the Amul Low Fat Cream
  • In another bowl, mix water and the agar agar and heat the mixture until the agar agar dissolves completely into the water
  • Mix the hot agar agar mix with the hot Amul Low Fat Cream
  • Take a larger vessel: mix cream cheese, icing sugar, and vanilla at room temperature.
  • Add the hot Fat cream-agar agar mix to the larger bowl and whisk until all ingredients are blended well.
  • Pour this mixture into the prepared crust base, cover it with a plastic wrap to be refrigerated for 3-4 hours
 

 

The Blueberry Topping

  • Take a saucepan and mix the blueberries, sugar, and water together.
  • Cover the mixture, cook until the fruits become tender, and wait until most of the water has evaporated.
  • Transfer this topping mixture to a jar, cool, and refrigerate.

 

Serving Instructions

  • Use a knife to slice the cheesecake 
  • Pour your blueberry topping mixture over each individual slice to serve with maximum flavour and taste.
