Ingredients
- For coffee Boba / coffee caviar
- Brewed coffee-250ml
- Sugar-50gms
- Carrageenan powder-1 teaspoon
- Chilled oil-1 cup
Preparation
- In a sauce pan, add brewed coffee, sugar , carrageenan powder , mix it well and then transfer it over stove.
- Let it boil for few minutes for the carrageenan to activate
- Transfer into a squeeze bottle after 10 minutes
- Slowly stream the coffee caviar mix into the chilled oil
- Strain the pearls and rinse them 5-6 times with cold water
