Apple cider vinegar salad dressing using Xanthan gum transparent

Ingredients

Apple cider vinegar – 1/ 4th cup

Lemon juice – 2 tbsp

 Olive oil- 3 tbsp

Coconut nectar / maple syrup- 1/2 cup

Salt & Pepper - to taste

Xanthangum transparent – 1 /8th

Procedure

Add all the ingredients into a bowl and whisk until everything completely combined.  Pour into a jar or air tight container for up to a week and a half.
