- Press the base firmly into the base with a spoon or the bottom of a glass and place it in the freezer to set.

- In a small pan, combine the milk with 1 teaspoon of agar agar and bring the mixture up to a simmer for 30 seconds. Remove the mixture from heat when the agar agar is thoroughly dissolved.

- When the coconut milk is warm—add maple syrup/honey, lemon juice and vanilla.
- Slowly add the agar agar mixture to the larger pan and stir until it is fully dissolved.
- Let the mixture cool down at room temperature, then pour it over the cold base crust and place it in the fridge.
