Ingredients: 1 papaya 250ml coconut milk 100 ml milk 2 tbsp sugar 1 tsp Veg Gelatine Water for mixing Gelatine Method: Peel and papaya and remove the seeds. Heat 250 ml coconut milk. Add 100 ml milk. Add 2 tbsp sugar. Mix 1 tsp Meron Veg Gelatine with a little water. Add this to the milk. stir well until the agar dissolves completely and wait till it boils. Let it cool down a little. Add into papaya. Refrigerate it until it sets. Cut into pieces. Ready to serve.
