Ingredients
- Sweetened watermelon juice - 3 cups
- Fresh orange juice - 1β2 cup
- Meron Vegetarian Jelly Powder - 3 tsp
- Orange rind - 6
Preparation
- Into a saucepan, add in the sweetened watermelon juice along with freshly squeezed orange juice.
- Add in 3 tsp of Meron Vegetarian Jelly Powder.
- Bring it to a boil and stir continuously for 2 minutes at low flame.
- Pour into the orange rinds and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
- Slice into wedges and enjoy!
Tips
You can go for a sugar free version by simply omitting the sugar in the watermelon juice.
